No. We do not accept PayPal payments at this time.
When you see the confirmation page on our Online Registration system, you are registered! You will also receive an automated email confirmation of your registration to the email address provided when you checked out. This automated email will confirm your membership and the details of the data you provided us.
Yes! You can verify the status of your registration within ConCat by going to reg.indyfurcon.com, or feel free to drop us an email at reg@indyfurcon.com
First, please login to ConCat via reg.indyfurcon.com and ensure your badge has been “paid”. It may be sitting in your cart and needs to be checked out to finish the payment process.

Yes! Simply stop by the Registration Desk with your government issued ID to pickup your badge.
You will need a non-expired government-issued I.D. that bears your name, your picture, and your date of birth. Examples include: a valid driver’s license, a passport, or a state-issued ID card. In limited circumstances, a school ID or work photo ID will partially work, but it would need to be accompanied by a second official form of ID that lists your name and date of birth to properly validate your identity, such as a government issued birth certificate.
It is our policy to require that you present a form of valid photo I.D. We are unable to admit anyone who is not able to present legal identification. If you cannot present a government issued I.D., you will still need a form of official I.D. that bears your picture (such as a school I.D. or work I.D.) and a second piece of identification that bears your name and date of birth (such as a birth certificate). If you are in doubt, please bring as many pieces of identification you are able to obtain. If you have further questions, we would be happy to answer them at reg@indyfurcon.com .
We welcome attendees of all ages. People under 18 will, however, have to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have a signed Parental Consent for Minor Attendee form, which can be found here. You MUST have the original signed and notarized forms available at the time you pick up your badge – NO EXCEPTIONS.
No, so long as you will be an adult (18 years of age) at the time of picking up your badge in registration.
If you are not an adult (18 years of age) as of that time, you will be required to have a signed Parental Consent for Minor Attendee form and a Notary Form for Parental Consent for Minor Attendees form even if you will become an adult during the course of the convention. For 2025, this date would be August 15th.
If your 18th birthday occurs during the convention, you may return to registration on your birthday with proper identification and we will exchange you minor badge for an adult badge.
No. Any person, reguardless of age, who wishes to attend IndyFurCon will need to purchase badge in order to enter any panel room, any of the convention events, or the dealer space. Attendees 12 years old and younger are eligible for a reduced price minor badge for $10, so long as their parent / guardian also purchases a reguarly priced badge.
All changes, excluding date of birth change, can be done by logging into ConCat at reg.indyfurcon.com . You are able to easily make these changes up through August 4th; beyond that point we cannot guarantee any changes made will be reflected on printed badges. Please email reg@indyfurcon.com if you need further assistance.
You will register either online via your personal device via ConCat by going to reg.indyfurcon.com Alternatively, we will have a limited number of computer stations setup at the Registration Desk to allow you to register at-con.
You will retrieve your badge by visiting Registration Desk at the convention during operating hours.
Yes! As long as capaicty is available, you are able to upgrade your registration at at time via ConCat by visiting reg.indyfurcon.com. Please note that for 2025 Sponsor and Super Sponsor Tiers are only available for purchase / upgrade prior to August 1st and have limited capacity. As a result, they can (and usually do) sell out.
To upgrade your registration, we simply ask that you pay the difference between the original membership price you paid and the current price of the tier to which you want to upgrade.
Upgrading your registration tier can be done via ConCat by visiting reg.indyfurcon.com, logging into your account, and selecting the tier you wish to upgrade too.

No. IndyFurCon has a one-badge-per-attendee policy for security reasons.
Yes, so long as you submit your refund request prior to July 15th, 2025. To request a refund, please submit your request via ConCat by visiting reg.indyfurcon.com and selecting “Request Refund” on your digital badge.
In the event you are unable / need further assistance, please reach out via email to reg@indyfurcon.com. Be sure to include your real name along with your Registration ID (from your registration proof of purchase confirmation email).
Not to worry! First, we encourage you to check the Lost & Found bin at the Registration Desk, Hotel Front Desk, and Security Team. Lost badges frequently turn up in these locations.
If you still have not found your badge, we are able to reprint your badge one time for a fee of $5.
No. Indiana Anthropomorphic Arts, Inc., the organization that puts on IndyFurCon, is a registered 501(c)7 nonprofit organization. Per the IRS, this means any donations / monies paid to IndyFurCon / Indiana Anthropomorphic Arts, Inc. are not tax deductible.
Donations made directly to our annual featured charity may be tax deductible. Please ask the charity for details.
Yes! Each dealer and their assistant(s) will need to purchase a badge to attend & vend.
