Dealers Den

Welcome to the iFC Dealer’s Den!

We are still choosing 2026 vendors currently,
so for attendees, stay tuned until this summer to learn who you can shop from!
For prospective vendors, read more below:

Why Apply for Dealers?

Reserved Table Space

As an accepted Dealer in our Dealers, 18+ Dealers, or Night Market, you have a reserved table for vending! You may sell your wares, you may take commissions, and if you need to step away, the space is still yours all weekend!

Dealers Hotel Block

We do our best to accommodate our confirmed Dealers with a separate hotel room block. Once accepted and table paid, you will receive information for when this block is available, and you can rest easy with knowing you won’t need to bring your table setup from other hotels to our Den.

Note: Night Market does tear-down nightly, so having a room in the con hotel can be very handy!

Less Set-up & Tear-down time!

Dealers set up tables in our Dealers Den and are able to keep their wares/table in place throughout the weekend. We open up the room Thursday night for Dealers/assistants and a few hours prior & after the attendee access hours to the room, allowing time to prepare, tweak, and perfect those selling zones.

Artist Alley, Artist Marketplace, and Night Market have daily tear-downs, in contrast.

Make Money!

Probably stating the obvious, but always a good reason!
