General Attire Standards
All attendees must wear appropriate clothing at all times in accordance with venue rules and state regulations. Minimum attire includes:
- A shirt or blouse
- Footwear
- Pants, shorts, or skirts (except in designated pool areas)
In all hotel common areas, attendees must be covered from shoulders to thighs.
Violations will result in denial of access to event spaces or loss of convention privileges.
PG-13 Attire Requirement (9:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM, all attire in public or shared spaces must maintain a PG-13 rating, including:
- Convention spaces (unless otherwise expressly instructed)
- Hallways
- Elevators
- Hotel lobbies and common areas
PG-13 Definition
Clothing, cosplay, and fursuits must ensure that intimate areas are fully covered. This includes avoiding:
- Sexually suggestive clothing
- Tight-fitting materials such as latex or spandex that accentuate intimate areas
- Any attire that draws attention to the chest, groin, or buttocks
If you would not wear it in a public park, do not wear it in public convention spaces. Fursuits are considered acceptable attire provided they meet PG-13 standards during AD hours.

After Dark (AD) Event Definition
“After Dark” (AD) events are:
- Scheduled between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM
- Intended for attendees aged 18+
- Hosted in designated areas such as panel rooms or ballrooms
Age-Restricted Areas (18+)
- Clearly marked “Mature” or 18+ areas will enforce strict access control
- Valid photo ID and convention badge are required
- No minors are permitted, regardless of parental consent
Adult-Themed (“After Dark”) Attire
While some panels and events are designated 18+, Adult-themed attire is only permitted inside authorized private or restricted areas. When outside these areas, attendees must return to PG-13 compliance.
Coverage Requirement
In all hotel common areas, attendees must be covered from shoulders to thighs.
Violations will result in denial of access to event spaces.

Prohibited Clothing & Symbols
The following are not allowed:
- Clothing or accessories that emphasize or simulate genital features (e.g., groin-enhancing items)
- Racist, hateful, or extremist symbols (including, but not limited to armbands, hats,etc)
- Items resembling modern law enforcement, military, or paramilitary gear (within the last 30 years), including tactical gear
Attendees will be required to remove or change prohibited items immediately.
Kink & Adult-Specific Gear Restrictions
The following items are only permitted in designated 18+ spaces:
- Harnesses, pony tack, or similar gear (unless worn over compliant clothing or fursuits)
- Latex or spandex suits
- Clothing emphasizing intimate body parts
Event-Specific Guidelines
Certain AD events may have additional dress requirements.
Attendees must follow all posted or announced guidelines for those events.
Props & Accessories Safety
Prohibited Items (including but not limited to):
- Explosives, fireworks, chemicals, flash paper
- Devices which produce excessive noise, smoke, or light
Restricted Items (including but not limited to):
- Ropes, chains, leashes, or restraints must:
- Be secured at all times
- Not pose choking or tripping hazards
- Not be attached to anyone other than the wearer
- Oversized or heavy props:
- Items over 30 lbs or too large for doorways/elevators may be restricted
- Subject to case-by-case approval
Enforcement
Attendees who fail to comply with attire or safety guidelines:
- Will be asked to correct the issue immediately
- May lose access to events or convention privileges
These events may include mature content but do not override public attire rules outside their designated spaces.
